If you are not currently a patient you will need to register with the practice to become one. You can do this by completing a registration pack either online or at reception.

As a patient you would be expected to treat the practice and its staff with respect. This means that if a patient is found to be violent or abusive to any member of staff (including over the phone) they will be removed from the practice list and in extreme cases the police may be informed.
